1. Introduction & Acceptance

3. Account Management and Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether carried out by yourself or by anyone else with or without your permission. It is your responsibility to notify us of any unauthorized activity on your account.

Regularly review your account settings and keep all information up to date. kxx8 will never ask for your password via email, phone or any other medium. 4. Betting Rules & Conditions

All bets at kxx8 are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. It is your responsibility to carefully check all details before placing a bet. Odds may change at any time and the odds at which you place your bet will apply. In the case of Live Betting, odds change in real-time and there may be delays between broadcast and our system.

Each sport and market has specific rules that you must comply with. Separate settlement rules apply for cricket, football, tennis and other sports. Betting rules depend on the nature and timing of the event if a match is abandoned or postponed. Generally, if a match is abandoned before it starts, all bets will be void and stakes refunded. If abandoned after a match has started, rules will depend on the sport and market. We follow official results and settle all bets accordingly. Subsequent result changes or protests generally do not affect our settlement.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Before your account is closed, all pending bets must be settled and any outstanding balance must be withdrawn.
